It's a real texas style barbecue and we loved it! Mat Flosse, co-owner of Meatings Barbecue sat down with us to tell us a little bit about the newest face on St. Joseph Boulevard in Orleans and don't tell anyone, but he gave us some tips on barbecuing our own brisket/ribs. Did we mention they have deep fried cheese curds? Helllooooo! But in all seriousness, they've nailed it. It might be the best brisket we've ever had.
